Guest Posting Over At Home Bunch

Guest Posting Over At Home Bunch

Wow, can you believe it’s Friday… and August 31st, too? Where did the summer go? I don’t know about you, but I’m not quite ready for our summer to end. My sunflowers just started to bloom!

Although, I have to admit, it is nice to get back into the swing of a regular routine with the beginning of school closing in.

And what better way to end off the summer, and start into the fall than to be guest posting over at Home Bunch? Today you’ll find me stepping in for LucianeΒ with a little Cool or Fool Friday fun…

Luciane is one of my very dear blogging friends who has been with me since the beginning. And right now she’s knee-deep in a big design project, along with being incredibly busy raising her family, blogging five days a week, and just being the amazing woman that she is.

I hope you’ll pop over for a visit, and weigh in with your thoughts… is it cool or fool?

    • You are so welcome, Luciane!
It was fun, and nice to do something different, even better to be doing this for you! I hope you have a great start to the new school year with the kids, and a super restful weekend before it all begins!

  • I can’t believe it’s already August 31st πŸ™ How come winter lasts so long and summer goes by so fast?! Boooo! At least your sunflowers will keep summer in your yard for a little while longer πŸ™‚

Thanks for taking part in my This or That post – it’s really helpful to read all the opinions on the shower benches πŸ™‚

Off to check out your guest post…

    • I’m looking forward to the outcome from ‘This or That’… and thank you for popping over to Home Bunch. I appreciate it. I hope you have a great weekend πŸ™‚

    • I’m so thrilled they’re coming along! The seeds were at least 3 or 4 years old, and I really wasn’t sure if they would take. But I figured, nothing ventured, nothing gained, so I soaked them for about 5 days, and then plopped them in. They really make me smile πŸ™‚

    • What a disappointment, but I think the weather has been so unpredictable that our poor sunflowers weren’t sure what what to do! I tried to give mine a boost before planting by soaking the seeds for about a week. I kept them in a dish covered with a moist paper towel, and in a dark closet, and then just made sure the paper towel was kept moist. By the end of the week, most of the seeds had little sprouts, so I guess this helped them along…
